Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and make floral arrangements (hand bouquets, flower stands, vase arrangements, centerpieces, hampers) adhering to our pricing and costing guidelines.
Ideate and prepare client proposals, making recommendations on flower mix and arrangement style based on the client’s brief, style preferences, budget, and occasion.
Answer customers’ questions / enquiries via email and phone.
Learn our house style of wrapping bouquets and be able to do so effectively and efficiently.
Ensure all creative tasks are carried out to meet deadlines.
Assist with flower care responsibilities, maintaining the floral fridge as required
Optimise use of flowers to minimise wastage.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies.
Help to maintain the cleanliness of the floral studio.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Has a strong interest in floristry.
Having Certification in Floristry or having work experience as a Florist is preferred but not necessary.
Possess knowledge of floral varieties and skills in floral techniques.
Has corporate experience dealing with customer.
Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Hourly pay rates: $10 - $12 on weekdays & weekends, $11 - $13 on public holidays, depending on skills and experience.
Working location: Citilink Warehouse, Pasir Panjang.
