Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our growing team in Nashville, TN! This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial facilities such as office buildings, schools, hospitals, retail spaces, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, and can work independently or collaboratively on job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes.
  • Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, backflows, and other related equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Follow local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
  • Ability to take on-call rotating schedule w/ added incentive pay.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and various pipe materials (PVC, Ductile Iron, Copper, PEX, etc.).
  • Familiar with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physically fit to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Journeyman Plumbing License (preferred, not required)
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (iPads, smartphones, field service software).
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.
