Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer
Location: Remote ( Preferred NY, NC, UT, or AZ)
Requirements:
ServiceNow IRM Certification ( required )
Prior experience in Financial Services IRM projects
Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and administer ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules - including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems.
Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboard alignment with organizational risk and compliance objectives.
Implement and support risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC, SOX ).
Provide technical expertise and best practices for ServiceNow IRM design and governance.
Partner with audit, compliance, and security teams to align IRM capabilities with enterprise GRC programs.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize system issues related to IRM modules.
