 The Art Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision for Aspen One, with a strong emphasis on luxury hospitality brand storytelling and multi-channel creative execution. Reporting to the Vice President of Creative, this position is responsible for developing and delivering high-impact campaigns across Aspen One’s hospitality portfolio, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and experiences, while also supporting resort, retail, and brand initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in photo and video art direction, from pre-production and shoot planning to on-set leadership and final asset delivery, with an understanding of how to capture the essence of luxury hospitality in both still and motion formats. This position reports to the Vice President of Creative. 
 
 
 The budgeted salary range for this position is $105,000 - $140,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
