$90,000–$110,000 + Bonus Eligible

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our plant-based distribution operations at our Vernon, CA facility. This is a critical leadership role at Archer Meat Snacks where you'll be empowered to drive efficiency, build a high-performing team, and elevate our end-to-end warehouse strategy.

You'll own inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and ERP compliance, all while building a best-in-class warehouse culture grounded in safety, performance, and collaboration. What You'll Own & Impact:

· Leading and developing a growing team of warehouse leads and material handlers

· Ensuring timely and accurate movement of products through receiving, put-away, shipping, and inventory control

· Overseeing ERP and WMS compliance to maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability

· Collaborating cross-functionally with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service

· Championing a safety-first culture while maintaining compliance with USDA, SQF, and other regulatory standards

· Driving KPIs, labor optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

· Managing vendor relationships, freight carriers, and warehouse layout strategies

What Sets You Apart:

· 5+ years in a warehouse leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (CPG or food manufacturing strongly preferred)

· Proven experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions

· Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, WMS platforms, and Microsoft Office

· Forklift certification and comfort working hands-on in warehouse conditions

· A team-first leadership style with a passion for coaching and development

· Strategic thinker who can execute in the day-to-day while planning for long-term improvements

· Strong working knowledge of OSHA, food safety, and third-party certifications (e.g., Organic, Gluten-Free, USDA)

Location & Schedule:

This is an on-site leadership role based in Vernon, CA. Flexibility to support off-shift or weekend operations as needed.
