Key Responsibilities :
Handle client travel bookings (flights, stays, cruises, resorts, tours)
Build strong client relationships — be their go-to travel advisor
Ensure all logistics are smooth and proactively troubleshoot issues
Communicate via phone, email, chat and keep accurate client record
Qualifications :
Prior customer service or travel booking experience preferred (but not required)
Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and remote
Strong follow-through, excellent attention to detail
