We are looking for a Senior React Developer to build and optimize scalable, high-performing front-end applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences, while mentoring junior developers and driving best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
Integrate front-end components with REST APIs and GraphQL services.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
Implement reusable components and ensure consistency across applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on quality.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with TypeScript and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API).
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material-UI, Tailwind, or Chakra UI.
Knowledge of performance optimization and web security best practices.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment.
Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
