Position : Sales Manager

Working Schedule : 8a-5p PST

Salary Range :$2500-$4000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and support.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.
• Ensure CRM systems and sales processes are followed and optimized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with HubSpot with at least 3+ years of experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience including Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
