The firm is seeking a sharp, proactive, and outcome-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Client Outreach Coordinator to take ownership of client outreach and help build a more structured, resilient booking pipeline. The ideal candidate will manage the outreach and communication process, securing photography bookings and managing relationships with clients in the art, non-profit, and commercial sectors. This role will also involve handling the scheduling of shoots and post-shoot administrative tasks such as invoicing and contracts. This is not a volume-for-volumeâs-sake sales role; this is about understanding gatekeepers, targeting the right verticals, and communicating value effectively.
The right candidate will develop and execute a daily outreach rhythm, generate qualified leads, and play a central role in how the business grows. Youâll speak to cultural institutions, major nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and gallery directors, so strong written and interpersonal skills are essential.
The role is both strategic and operational: youâll run cold outreach campaigns (primarily via LinkedIn, Dialpad and Apollo), manage client comms, book shoots, handle scheduling and contracts, and report weekly results.
