Job Overview:
The Product Owner will manage proprietary tools developed for the Services Localization team. This role involves gathering requirements for user-friendly and scalable features, reviewing UX designs, driving cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, working with Engineering Project Managers for sprint planning, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, and communicating product updates to end users. The position requires a blend of organizational, operational, and analytical skills, along with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage proprietary tools for the Services Localization team, ensuring they meet user needs and scalability requirements.
  • Gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Review UX designs to ensure user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive cross-functional communication.
  • Work with Engineering Project Managers to plan and execute sprints.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and updates.
  • Communicate product updates and changes to end users effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing products, preferably internal tools or enterprise software solutions, from conception to launch and beyond.
  • Expertise in human interface design and user experience (UX).
  • Strong strategic skills to analyze and prioritize multiple requests in alignment with leadership goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to product management, including software development, database management, and system integration.
  • Analytical thinking to identify user problems and design holistic solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional integrity and high standards in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Extraordinary communication and collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinking and proactive planning to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
  • Expertise in change management and adoption, ensuring smooth rollouts of new products and features in collaboration with Support and Business teams.

Pay Range: $55 - $65/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
