The Apple TV+ team is seeking a highly organized, motivated and resourceful individual capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment to join our team as the PR Operations & Finance Manager, reporting to the Director of PR Operations and Talent Relations for Apple TV+. In this role, you will work with the Apple TV+ Communications, Publicity and Talent Relations teams on day-to-day operations including budget and invoice submissions/tracking, document and database management, supporting talent relations and events, with administrative duties layered in.
**Description**
- In collaboration with finance and procurement, provide administrative support for the financial management of budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders and daily invoices across the global communications and publicity team for Apple TV+.
- Manage timely billing, invoices, reporting and analyze actuals versus budgets to ensure accuracy and quickly resolve any issues.
- Collaborate across the team, as well as with internal and external teams, in the creation and vetting of budgets and processes to support the global publicity communication operations and Talent Relations team.
- Assist in the contract review and cost analysis processes in conjunction with Finance and Procurement.
- Manage the setup of vendors, external partners in collaboration with Procurement along with other duties as assigned.
- Build, manage and maintain foundational platforms, systems, processes and functions to support the PR and Talent Relations teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in billing and purchase order development and execution.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience at a network, streamer or entertainment.
+ Bachelor's degree.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
+ Proven track record of tracking and processing invoices, creating POs and tracking budgets.
+ Ability to determine resources, track costs and establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Proactive thinker who is able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
+ Detail oriented with strong organizational, collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners.
+ Impeccable organizational skills with an eye for detail.
+ Proactive, flexible, and comfortable operating through ambiguity and change.
+ Ability to work well collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
+ Knowledge of process development and implementation a plus.
+ Experience in the Talent Relations and/or Operations space.
+ Event experience also a bonus.
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
