Job Description

The Office Administrator (OA) is responsible for offering general office support through various clerical activities and related tasks. They act as a liaison between the local region and Red Bull Distribution Company’s (RBDC) Finance and Human Resources Service Center.   • Support the regional administrative needs of the General Sales Manager (GSM) and branch operations, which may encompass multiple locations. This includes providing assistance in Human Resources, Finance, and Sales support functions.

  • Oversee all office administrative tasks, including managing daily mail and FedEx/UPS package deliveries and shipments, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling other routine office operations.

    Provide assistance to the RBDC Finance Shared Services Center by processing daily route paperwork, managing payroll, and addressing customer account inquiries.

    Perform the Daily Balancing Function using the Encompass Route Accounting System (“Encompass”) for all routes within the designated facility, ensuring the collection of all required documentation.

    Serve as a key collaborator with the Talent Business Partner (TBP) by providing consultation on HR policy and procedure inquiries.

    Support the RBDC Talent Department with tasks such as completing new hire paperwork, tracking timecards, assisting with recruiting documentation, ordering and monitoring uniforms, and responding to general questions regarding HR processes or policies.

    Handle incoming office phone calls in a professional manner and ensure calls are routed appropriately.

    Maintain proper filing systems and follow established record retention policies for relevant documents.

    Plan, organize, and coordinate various meetings and events.

    Code operating expenses and secure GSM approval for them.

    Assist with Tell-Sell calling activities to support sales efforts, when applicable.

    Ensure compliance with state and federal record retention and posting regulations.

  • Collaborate effectively throughout the organization and share best practices.

    Lead by example while upholding company standards and embodying Red Bull's core values.

    Consistently maintain a professional representation of both the company and the Red Bull brand while operating in the market.

  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong mathematical skills 
  • Strong technical skills with smartphone technology 
  • Strong organizational skills as demonstrated by an ability to set and handle multiple priorities 
  • Exceptional time management skills and punctuality 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in English 
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior customer service, human resources, office management, and accounting experience preferred 
  • Direct Store Delivery or Route Accounting experience a plus 
  • Additional language skills an advantage

  • Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.   
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.

  • Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions 
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
