Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive service experience. Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services
Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate when necessary

Perform data entry and update customer profiles accurately
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
No prior customer service experience required, but preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
