Overnight Consultant (Multi-Unit Leadership Role)

We are conducting a targeted search for a high-impact Overnight Consultant to oversee multiple 24-hour restaurants during overnight operations. This is a critical leadership role with real influence over people, performance, and profitability.

The Opportunity

As an Overnight Consultant, you will serve as the senior operational leader across several restaurants during 3rd shift hours (approximately 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will be trusted to protect standards, coach leaders, and drive results when leadership presence matters most.

This role is ideal for a proven restaurant leader who wants greater responsibility, broader scope, and long-term growth within a respected organization.

What You’ll Own

• Lead and oversee multiple 24-hour locations during overnight operations
• Protect and elevate Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
• Manage overnight financial performance, including labor control, inventory, and cash procedures
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and crew members
• Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and pride
• Partner with the management team to achieve operational and people goals
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to build strong teams

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or multi-unit operations
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Financial and operational acumen (labor, inventory, controls)
• Confident communicator with executive presence

• Comfortable leading independently in a fast-paced, overnight environment
