As our Controller, you will report directly to our CFO/COO and own the accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. You'll bring operational discipline and strategic insight to help Rubris scale sustainably. This is a hands-on role. While not supervising any staff, you will be expected to develop partnerships across the business and influence how we operate.
