Remote | Full-Time | Independent Contractor
Schedule: U.S. EST business hours
About Us:
We are Attorney Assistant — a fast-growing company dedicated to supporting executives, law firms, and businesses across the U.S. through reliable and professional virtual staffing solutions. We help our clients stay organized, efficient, and focused—making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
With deep roots in the legal industry (we own and operate our own law firm), we bring real-world expertise to the table. While we specialize in legal support, we proudly serve clients across multiple industries, offering flexible, high-quality virtual assistance tailored to their needs.
If you’re looking to kickstart a meaningful remote or work-from-home career, Attorney Assistant could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
We’re hiring Spanish-English Intake Specialists with at least 6 months of experience in client-facing or intake roles. You’ll be the first point of contact for callers—listening to their needs, asking the right questions, and ensuring they’re supported through the intake process in either English or Spanish.
This is a fully remote, full-time position that requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills. You’ll play a vital role in helping people take their first steps toward legal or professional services, especially Spanish-speaking clients who need support in their preferred language.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to potential client inquiries via phone, email, and online forms
* Conduct structured intake interviews in Spanish and English
* Document accurate and complete client details in internal systems
* Handle sensitive topics with care, clarity, and confidentiality
* Escalate qualified leads or urgent matters to the appropriate team
* Follow intake procedures and maintain a consistent client experience
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
* 6+ months of intake or client-facing experience (legal, medical, or service-based roles preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and professionalism
* Comfortable using CRM or case management systems, and quick to learn new tools
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple inquiries
* Committed to client advocacy and maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct
* Reliable internet and professional, quiet remote work environment
* Available to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
